Mr. David Osafo Adonteng |
| Mr. David Osafo Adonteng graduated as a Civil
Engineer from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)
in 1990. He further pursued a Post Graduate Masters Degree in Transport Planning and Engineering from the Institute of Transport Studies, University of Leeds, United Kingdom and graduated in 2004. Mr. Adonteng has also participated in a lot of local and international road safety certificate training programmes. Mr. Adonteng practiced for 14 years in the Ghana Highway Authority, from 1991 – 2005 before he was appointed as a Deputy Director responsible for Research, Monitoring and Evaluation at the National Road Safety Commission. | |
| Mrs. May Obiri-Yeboah | |
| Mrs. May Obiri-Yeboah, is a product
of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana
where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Civil
Engineering in 1987. She pursued a Post Graduate
Programme at the Institute for Transport Studies, University of Leeds
in 2003 and was awarded a Masters in Transport Planning and Engineering. After 20 years of practice as a Civil Engineer with the Department of Feeder Roads (rising to the position of Principal Engineer), Mrs May Obiri-Yeboah joined the National Road Safety Commission in June 2005 as a Deputy Director (Planning, Education and Information). | |

| Mr Kwadwo Adom-Boateng holds an Executive
MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA)
at Greenhill, Accra, Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants in Israel and also the Institute of Financial Consultants
in Canada. He graduated in 1979 from the University of Cape Coast with
a 4-year bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) and a Diploma in Education
K. Adom-Boateng is an experienced Accountant and Financial Management Specialist with over 25 years working experience. He has worked for various international organizations such as the European Union and the British Medical Research Council, (MRC). He was in charge of the Accounts Department of the MRC Laboratories in The Gambia from 1996 – 2001. From 1987 – 1990, he was the Audit Manager of Seekie and Associates/BDO Auditing Firm in Monrovia, Liberia. He has led teams to audit the accounts and finances of several projects funded by the USAID and the ADF (sister organization to the USAID), in Liberia. He has helped to prepare Project Proposal Documents for Agricultural Projects in Sierra Leone funded with grants from the ADF in Washington DC, USA. Mr Adom-Boateng has held the position of Deputy
Director in charge of Finance and Administration at the National Road
Safety Commission (NRSC), Head office in Accra since May 2004. | |
